How do i get stronger?

hey ime weight 208 and ime 5,10 but ime not that strong for my size i want to get in shape for football season i want to be a line man but i feel ime not that strong please help wat should i do
Answer:
work out, exercise, try sports, run a mile each day, buy a bike and ride it, play basketball, soccer, or any other sport.
Are you toned? Do you have well defined muscles? If not, first work with lower weights so that you are stressed at the end of three sets of 10...as that becomes easier increase the weight. Once everything is toned, switch it up so that you are doing heavy enough weights that the third set of 5 reps is hard..that will build the muscles larger and increase strength. If you can't do 50 pushups without stopping and do them fairly fast I would start with that. It build a lot of muscle with little chance of injury...when you can do 50 in a row without a problem, start the weight lifting regimen.

I know a guy who can get you on the right path for this kinda thing. He has a course out called powerflex, its a bodyweight course intended for football but it can be used for anything else. Its a course where it teaches you how to bulk up without lifting weights. Its intended to use resistance through certain muscle groups and its based on animals in the wild. Check out bro. Its an awesome course and its helped me stay at 230 cause of it.
