How do I develop my pec muscles?

It seems that no matter what I do, I can't get defined and toned pec muscles. Does anyone know of a good tip for great pecs?

buy a hand grip equipment, the thing that you put in your hand and squeeze

put it b/w your two hands, and just squeeze away

that is the best way to do it, easy and simple, you can also vary the position where your hands are, in front of you, close to the chest, down b/w your legs, etc

you will feel the differences when you vary the positions

it gives me good result
Lift weights regularly and have protein shakes to help develop the lean muscle. Not fat.
to start off...you should bench press low weight at high rep.like even take like 15 pound weights in each hand and do it...trust me..in about a month you will have rock hard pecs...then you can up the weight and make the pecs bigger
Push ups is a great way!
just keep using it often - when you do your thing, see that you have more of a pulling action rather than pushing it in. this way it gets extended
Push ups are great to develop the pec muscles. But don't just do the regular ones, u should also do elevated push ups, diamond push ups, dive bombers, decline push ups, knuckle push ups,etc. Peformin' different types of push ups will hit every single part of your chest. U should also do dumbbell presses and dumbbbell flyes. Do push ups 3 times a week. Do push ups slowly, if ur looking for mass, and do 'em fast for endurance. Make sure u don't overtrain!!
