How do I gain weight when everything else has failed?

I've tried eating junk and all that, eating healthy and all that, but nothing.
Answer:
First, don't drink too much acid like tea and soft drinks, it will make you thinner!

Second, exercise in the gym but not too much- exercise four times a week in the gym in order to gain muscles.

Third, eat and drink high protein foods and drinks like so ya milk, and drink some weight gaining milk.

Fourth, don't eat too much junk, eat will make you FAT not FIT!!

Fifth, eat avocados- it has many unsaturated fats(healthy fats that are good for the body and for the health).

Lastly, follow a nutritious diet (not that "losing weight" diet).
well your not doing it hard enough take a dozen boxes a jaffa cake sit on the sofa all day and never move thats my way
my advise is probly to cut down exersize (but not compleatly)
and eat more foods with alot of fat and carbohydrate totals

dont eat breakfast

have second and mabye thirds or fourth at dinner

First of all, I suggest a full medical check-up. For instance, have you checked your thyroid? If you have hyperthyroidism, you may be burning more than your daily intake, which would explain why you can't gain weight.

There are a number of parameters that affect our metabolism. You need to be more specific and consult a doctor. If all's well, talk to a nutritionist.
Well, if you are a young person I would say to you it's a terrible idea to try to gain weight. For the purpose of? If you are thin, thats healthy, and again if you are young you are as close to a perfect machine as you will ever be. Weight will come with age only. Enjoy being thin, you are very lucky. Get into a weight training program, go low weigth/high reps and get RIPPED, defined muscles. That will add weight and give a thin body a better look.
It will depend upon your metabolism. I am the sme as you eat all the junk in the world and stil i wouldn't put on weight (some people may think thats great) but it's down to that i have a slow metabolism.
just be healthy. When your metabolism slows down in a few years you'll gain plenty of weight.
