I am 15 years old and I have small bumps mainly on my balls and the shaft of my penis because of hair follicles and I have had them for as long as I can remember and there starting to get realy anoying so if anyone knows how to get rid of them please tell me.

maybe u sweat a lot. Use powder to keep area dry after washing at least 3-4 times daily.
