How do i commit to workout?

how do commit into working out this whole summer? i want to gain weight from building muscles. I weight only 130, i want to gain a lot and build muscles before the next school year starts. i am willing to work out but yet i cant commit into it. help

You have to want it...like nothing else...but you cannot become the hulk in 3 months...you should be thinking in terms of by "next" summer. Plus, since you didn't state your age, you may still have plenty of growing room as well. Starting now though will get you on track to changing your appearance sooner...just don't stop when school starts...fitness is a lifetime adventure...
You cannot commit to anything unless you are fully persuaded and passionate about it. You have to believe in something. Often times we "try" to commit to things, but for all the wrong reasons. If you are doing this to impress someone or a group of peers, that might not be enough motivation to really keep you commited. In order to committ, ask yourself why you are doing this? Commitment can only be the result of believing in something or someone. You must believe that this is a GOOD THING for your life. That kind of commitment produces dedication that will usually last.
