How do i gain lean body mass that i lost because of starve dieting?

i am 170 and 5'9" i was closer to 177-180 about a week ago i have lots of loose skin and my muscle arent as hard or defined as they were. i really would appeicaite diet/training help from anyone.

PROTEIN!

Increase your protein intake and start doing muscle building exercises.
Forget the starve dieting... but good to see commitment. Getting fit requires commitment, dedication and plenty of persistence... as well as a balanced diet with a caloric deficit.

For toning, do some squats, lunges, deadlifts, upright rows.. these with a dumbell.. and try some pushups... even if you have to start with "girl" pushups ~ on your knees rather than on your feet.

The skin will shrink... use a good moisturiser... and find someone pleasant to help rub it in!
Weight training is a good start. Start out small with walking or running or water routines to help build mass.
Chromium picolinate is a natural muscle builder as well as a dietary suppliment. It does not hurt you and helps curb apetite while building enzymes for muscle mass. Healthy diet and protiens also make a difference. Consult with your local physician or pharmacist to assist you in the right direction for you.
