I don't know if there's any PROVEN way to enlarge your penis, but I think Enzyte is supposed to. I think this because on the commercials they always like to make the word BIG stand out a lot. Whatever you do, do not start taking Viagra until you need it. It will make you dependent on it so that soon you won't be able to have your own erection. Just stay away from pumps and "herbal" pills.
I believe Viagra will enlarge your penis both temporarily and permanently. It opens and expands the blood vessels of the penis to their fullest extent. Used occasionally, Viagra can keep the penis blood vessels open, free and unobstructed. This can actually cause the penis to enlarge to a fuller extent, even when not using Viagra. I have seen a dfference in the fullness, length, and girth of my penis since using it on an occasional basis.

nothing works except surgery. The pills are worthless. The pills have herbs that allow you to get to your FULL potential but it will not grow your penis. If it truly worked, it would be 1000 dollars and every man in the world would have it.
You can gain between 1 to 2 inches on average with the surgery. I wouldnt suggest the girth surgery, it isnt perfected.
