How do I get "fit" over the summer, without going to a gym, and with only 5 lb weights?

I just want to know.
Answer:
Watch what you eat.
Exercise daily
walk a lot.go biking.
Sky
well with each hand just hold the weights and jog or run with them if it helps then either do it at night or early early morning when it is cooler and darker because that always gets my adrenaline pumping for sume reason

plus it just feels better to do it at night cause its dark and no one can bother you or no one will look at you when your running for a random reason lol

(try running in the rain too, either during or after to get that rainy smell in your lungs unless your alergic then just forget it, AND DONT FORGET TO HAVE A MP3 OR MUSIC HANDY IF YOUR INTO THAT KINDA THING)
Push ups, sit ups, chin ups, and any other kind of ups you can think of
