How come i cant grow any muscle?

im 6 foot. 155 pounds. cant get muscle..

gotta drink protein, its the building block of muscles, its like building a house without bricks. When you lift you tear your muscles, what protein does is heal the tears by gapping them with more tissue, this way the more u rip your muscles (lifting everyday) the protein builds on top of the muscles which creates bigger muscles. Once you got your protein, you got to eat right (food that are high in protein chicken, eggs, lean meats, etc..), and def take a multivitamin.

if you are looking to weight train supplements like creatine, Nitric Oxide are helpful for faster growth, while you are on them. But you got to build a solid base first.
