How do i get fat to skinny?


Answer:
you eat a lot and dont exersise...why do you want to anways? that is kind of werid. are you anerexioc?!?!?!?!?!
burn more calories then you eat.
Eat less and exersize more.
You're obesity is disgusting. People are starving in Africa while you stuff your face. Poverty is your problem to solve.

about three years of intensive diet and excersice...probably the answer you dreaded to hear...but that is afterall why there are so many over-wieght people who will never be thin...laziness already got then to the point they are at...
work out almost everyday and eat healthily and just have fun at the same time but think bout what you do
several ways,
1)diet
2)Lift these excersises 8-12 reps 3 sets of each bench, squat and dead lift, this will stimulate ur metabolism for almost 40 hours *note by ur final rep you should be wavering a little, then you know it is the right amount
3)Run distance AND spirnt workouts, it is important to do both
4) have confidence and visualise, it sounds stupid but it has been proven to work
1) eat less, and make what you eat healthier

2) Exercize more.

3) Reduce the total amount of TV and computer time you spend to 1 hour per day. Every second you are not on the computer or TV, you will be burning more calories.

Thats it. That is the only way. Period. Even surguries and things like that just make you feel less hungry.

To help you on your way, get a friend to work out with or join organized sports. THis will keep you motivated.

Also, before eating a meal, drink a big glass of water. You will eat less.

i used to know this dude, big dude, real big, i went to college, came back in summer and the dude was a rail, he said all he did was push ups, every time he hadan extra minute or two, do 10 push ups, got an extra 30 seconds? do 5 got an extra hour do em till you cant do em anymore. pushups are cool b/c you can do em anywhere, and a few here and there dosent seem like much but if you kee p it up and concioulsy do a few EVERY time you have a spare minute, that will add up to alot of push ups, and the next day you will be able to do more, and the next more and the next and so on.

I Know why you do not what to be fat, but why would you want to be skiny. You are probibily just fine the way you are
eat more fruits. these are typically missing in the western diet. try organic. have whole wheat bread and sandwiches and have alot of rice. however if you eat a few fruits a day and drink alot of water in addition to what you are already eating you should lose a few pounds in a week
there is only one good way.
eat healthy and excersize
please dont go on a diet, it is usually not a very good idea.
