How do i put on some weight?

i wanna gain some weight. please tell me how to do it. i m 19 and i weigh 46kg and i eat and sleep a lot. i drink beer but thats of no use. so tell me a sure shot remedy. should i take those supplements like amino mass and all. u gotta help me out.

Well, we could liposuction off mine and reverse lipo into you---- but I don't have alot, just more than I want so you might need a couple more donors.

What would you call that in reverse anyways? lipospitoon? That's it, we'd invent a new medical procedure called "lipo-spitooning" Yeah. We're gonna' be rich you and me.

eat junk food in big portions a few times a day
it will make your metabolism slow
and make you fat
have some chicken, meat ,milk
before you go to bed . eat more sock
You can put on more weight either healthy way or the unhealthy way.

Healthy way is to include more protein into your diet like milk, eggs, soya.
A banana every day would be a very good addition too. Before you decide to put on more weght, find out if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is in the right range. If it is, you don't need to worry about putting on more weight :)

Alright, The average human body, For males . Burns 2500 to 2800 calories by its self.
When you work out you can add to what you eat.
If you want to gain weight. Eat more than 3000 calories a day.
Don't Get that amino acid ****.
Eat real food, its better for you , it will pack on good weight.
Eat protein, fruits and vegetables. Seriously, it works.
Eat slow grains like granola and oats. Those help alot.
Just make sure to eat in a healthy way and drink alot of water while doing all of this.
Dont eat junk food for the calories, eat real food for the calories.
And your 19, your going to have more testosterone growth spurts until your over 27 or 28, so your going to gain more weight by then.

Just eat healthy but alot and you will do fine.

You should start eating sweets life gulab jamun, burfi, laddus, and even jalebi with milk. You can also intake lot of curd made from full cream milk. If you are no-vegetarian, then try to eat mutton, chicken, salami of pork and other similar products.
You have to eat more.
Don't just pig out on junk food, this'll just fill your body with fat. Take protein shakes and crash weight gain powder (both available online or in health food shops) and hit the gym. Do low reps of high weights on chest, arms and back. Lay off any cardio for a few weeks and voila. The mass will be piled on, and it'll be muscle not fat.
