How do i lose 20 pounds in about 2 weeks im 11 years old 5"7 and 180pnds answer please.?

You cannot lose that amount of weight in that short period of time, at least not healthily. You're also very young as well, so eat less sugary and/or fried foods, instead try to eat more fruits and veggies and exercise a bit more. Do you play sports or can you try to walk a bit everyday?

talk to you're doctor sweetheart and don't starve yourself because you will eat more later to make up for it. you must eat less fats and sugars and excercise more but losing a lot in a short time is unreasonable expectations. love yourself the way you are and change what you like within reson.
It would be very impossible to loose 20 pounds in such a short 2 weeks time. I suggest that you eat more fruits and vegetables, and do exercises, go slow, or else you might damage your organs.
the most you can lose healthily in 2 weeks is about 4 lbs. Even if you starve yourself I really don't think you could lose 20 lbs in that short a time
you cant, period. Well you probably can if you didnt eat at all. Eating once a day is stupid( to the poster above me). You might lose weight, not 20 pounds though and you will feel like a strung out crack head with no energy. Start working out and expect results in 6 weeks if you work HARD. No p*ssy work outs like most people try to pull off and say they worked out. I want to barf at most peoples definition of work out. If you arnt sweating for 30min your not working out, period. A good workout or decent I should say is 1 hour. The more you do at one time the better.
I the ways of losing weight but there is no garauntee that you will lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks, it all depends on your metabolism. First off get as much exercise as you can, it makes a big different on how quickly you lose weight, so try and find something that is active that you enjoy doing. Don't eat as much, decrease your daily food take. Since you are young I would take a calcium, and a multivitamin everyday. Also eat healthier foods, try and stay away from processed food, fried food, sugary food and drinks, eat more of those veggies. Don't eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Drink lots of water, Some great tatics for trying to fight those food cravings is brush your teeth, after you brush your teeth usually you don't want to eat anything, Gargling salt water can help sometimes. When you eat, eat slow, your body takes a while to tell you its full, so eating slower makes easier for you not to overeat.

Because If you walk five kilometers everyday you will lose only 3 kilograms [6.6138679 pounds] in 100 days..

Avoid junk foods
Use cycle to go to school or shop
Little bit of exercise
East food after one hour you woke up

ok in two weeks its not possible but i recomend trying the lemonade diet or the grapefruit diet as the grapefruit diet you can eat on that one. make sure you exercise and cut out any crisps and chocolate and only eat at meal times
TRUST ME IM A MODELL I HAD TO LOOSE 10 POUNDS IN A MONTH its scary but you can do it drink 8 glasses of water a day and this helped me find a friend who wants to loose weight aswell who lives near you and arrange to go running or ice skating or something like that. and if you want to turn to diet pills there are some that your doctor can give you but maybe when you get older you could try Hoodia Gordonii Plus but im 15 so yea but hope i helped more than those other asholes out there and good luck if u wana email me my addy is skippy_kay@hotmail.co.uk ...
Be careful! Your body might not be able to adjust well to the sudden loss of weight. If you want to loose that much in 14 days, you better ask a doctor or a fitness instructor if your body is up to it. If you have ulcers, heart problems or other ailments it might affect affect your health in general.

To loose that much weight you have to cut down on what you are eating. If you eat like 3 eggs in the morning, you eat like 1. Snacks should be as light as possible to non. Eat fruits instead. Go to a gym and sweat it out. Do not eat that much in the evening or during dinner. Food at night is usually converted to fat because you do not move that much. I have tried this before and I almost fainted. Have you seen the reality TV show Survivors? Since they are deprived of food, they basically do not move that much and are weak.

You might be able to loose that much pounds in 14 days but you will feel uncomfortable and disoriented most of the time. Again be careful and ask medical or professional advise.
DON'T. The only time it would be safe to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks is if you weigh 400 pounds. You could starve yourself and you still probably wouldn't lose that much weight that quickly. If you try it, you will get sick and have absolutely no energy whatsoever. I will GUARANTEE you that. You are 11 years old. Don't send yourself to the hospital.
Give the person that told you to do this a piece of your mind! For a smart kid like you that's gotta be about ten pounds right there. Sorry, I'm just being stupid, but It's wrong for you to feel that pressure at your age.

Many children are growing faster and bigger these days and I am finding that it is due to growth hormones that they are feeding cows and it shows up in milk and beef and other products we eat everyday. My daughter was 5'7" when she was 13 and she is 16 now and she's tapering off at about 5'8". I'd like to know who or what is making you feel so desparate to lose 20 pounds so I can just reach back like a pimp and come upside their fool head one time. If it's a guy, beat the snot out of him and if its a girl tell her "hey baby don't worry, I don't charge extra" but you're too young for that. Why would you try to do such a thing?
