How do i increase the strength and size of the deltoids(shoulder muscles) without using weights?

what are the exercises i can do?
Answer:
pushups definetely
you'll get workout for your deltoids as well as biceps and pecs
push ups shoulder shrugs
If the problem is that you don't have weights, just grab something that weighs enough and do forward raises with it, from your waist straight out, elbows straight the whole way.

I do shoulder raises with my 8 month old when I can't get to the gym. He loves it.
