You cannot lose that amount of weight in that short period of time, at least not healthily. You're also very young as well, so eat less sugary and/or fried foods, instead try to eat more fruits and veggies and exercise a bit more. Do you play sports or can you try to walk a bit everyday?

You might lose weight, not 20 pounds though and you will feel like a strung out crack head with no energy. Start working out and expect results in 6 weeks if you work HARD. No p*ssy work outs like most people try to pull off and say they worked out. I want to barf at most peoples definition of work out. If you arnt sweating for 30min your not working out, period. Be careful! Your body might not be able to adjust well to the sudden loss of weight. If you want to loose that much in 14 days, you better ask a doctor or a fitness instructor if your body is up to it.
